This includes things such as your name, address, telephone number, credit

information does not include the name, title or business address or telephone
numbers of
suppliers, contractors or other business people.

Arbour Lake Residents Association is commitment to you is that
we do not sell, lease, transfer or disclose your personal information
to any other
company,
person or third party for commercial purposes. Arbour Lake Residents Association

and to maintain a secured facility for Arbour Lake residents only. We
only collect
the personal information that is necessary to serve you. For example,
if
you forget your membership card and want to use the facilities, we
request you
provide us with some personal information to verify to us that you
are indeed a current member of Arbour Lake.
When you swipe your membership
card, we collect information about your attendance patterns, when and how
often you use the facilities. We may
use this information
to offer special offers or promotions to you. Arbour Lake Residents
Association my create compilations of information that do not include
any personal
information, and provide this data to other companies to help them
understand the demographics
of our residents.
Your consent is required.
It is your choice to provide Arbour Lake Residents Association
with personal information. You are free to refuse to provide us with personal

at any time. However, withdrawing your consent may prevent us from
providing you with services in certain circumstances.

information?
We update your personal information as required. However,
we will be able to serve you best if you provide us with notification of
any
changes.
If you want to review, verify & update personal information please speak with
one of our staff members. If you find errors you can request that changes be
made.
We only retain your personal information
for as long as reasonably required. The length of time information is retained
will depend upon the purposes for
which the information was collected.
