We will continue implementing a landscaping plan that increases the proportion of perennial plants and flowers each year. Perennials require less replanting, reduce annual costs, and provide consistent beauty season after season. This approach supports biodiversity, reduces waste, and contributes to a more sustainable landscape.

We recently installed custom, permanent roof lighting outside the building to improve safety after dark and enhance appeal. This upgrade is designed with longevity in mind, reducing the need for frequent repairs or seasonal installations.

Upgrading fencing around the property helps improve security, safety, and contributes to the overall visual appeal of our community.

We have installed new fountains in the lake, which will not only serve as a visual enhancement but also improve water circulation and oxygenation, promoting better water quality and supporting the lake’s long-term health.
