Important Notes for Homeowners & Tenants

• Homeowners must choose between keeping their own lake access or granting it to their tenants.

• Both homeowners and tenants cannot have access at the same time.

• If access is granted to tenants, the homeowner must submit a Renter’s Access Form, available under "Forms" on our website or at our office. 

 

Renter Requirements

To obtain access, renters must submit:
✅ A completed Renter’s Access Form filled out by the Property Owner.
✅ A valid driver’s license or Alberta identification card that shows your Arbour Lake address.
