How to Pay the Annual Fees

The annual fees can be paid through online banking with your account number. We also have in person payment at our office which accepts cash, debit, credit or cheques. Notice: There is a 3.5% administration charge applied to all credit card encumbrance payments.

Members can make payments via debit or credit, with walk-ins accepted only during office hours

Fees Based on Encumbrance

Every lot in Arbour Lake has a registered “Encumbrance” requiring the owner to pay a mandatory annual Residents Association Fee. This fee funds daily lake operations, staffing, upkeep of stone arbours, and maintenance of the two main entrances. Payment is required for all lots with an encumbrance, whether or not the facilities are used. 

 

Fees are due on January 1st each year. The current fee schedule is comprised of four different categories as follows:  (All prices include GST)

How to pay Your Fees Using Online Banking

1. Log in to your online banking account.

2. Add a new payee.

  • Search for: Arbour Lake Residents Assoc. or Arbour Lake Residents Association (both are correct — wording may vary by bank).

3. Enter your account number.

  • Find this on your invoice (usually near the top or beside your name).

  • Enter it exactly as shown.

  • If your account number looks like 000xxxx-xx and your bank doesn’t accept the length or the dash (-), you can omit the 000 and the dash. 

  • If your account number is too long, you can omit the first or last digit.

4. Enter the payment amount.

  • Use the total shown on your invoice.

5. Confirm and send payment.

  • Double-check your account number and payment amount before submitting.


Important: Payments must be received in full before the due date to avoid interest charges. Allow up to 3 business days for processing.
